Career Guidance Programme

It consists of a complete personal profile analysis to establish an individual’s likes and dislikes in life, enabling a person to make the correct choices regarding their future career.

Personal preference is as unique as your eye colour. It rarely, if ever, changes throughout your entire life. This means that, when answered truthfully, a brain profile can not only give an indication of a person’s unique preferences, but it can also help to better understand the intricate characteristics of the person.

A person’s brain is divided into four different quadrants, each with its own way of thinking, reacting and overall life preferences. These are:

  1. L1, Analytical:
Dividing into elemental parts or basic principles. Including both the ability to use good reasoning in analyzing a situation and the ability to solve problems

  2. L2, Organised and Detailed:
People who are skilled in the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the efforts of organization members and of using all organizational resource to achieve stated organizational goals

  3. R1, Strategic and Unorthodox: A Person with the ability to formulate and implement strategies, and who does not follow the norms set by the rest of society.

  4. R2, Interpersonal and Sensitive
Interpersonal skills are the skills a person uses to communicate and interact with others.
They include persuasion, active listening, delegation, and leadership skills. Sensitive people are skilled in considering the feelings of others

Skills Development for Corporates

For a business owner, there are many benefits to knowing your staff’s profile. There are absolutely no disadvantages, and you will only gain from this process all the way.

Analysing staff is very important, both for new individuals, as well as already employed individuals. Knowing your staff’s profile enables you as an employer to place them in the working conditions best suited to them. This will result in employees performing at optimum efficiency, which is what every employer strives for. It will also supply you with a better understanding of your employees, giving you the capability of placing them in the correct occupation in which their skills can be utilized and developed to the fullest.

Furthermore, testing your employees with the negativity profile can be of extreme benefit to an employer. Knowing what makes your employees negative, as well as positive, enables you to build a team that will motivate, and understand each other, instead of irritating- and being impatient with each other.

The skills aptitude will be of major use to any business owner in the further education and skills development of employees. It provides you with insight in your employees’ skill areas, so you will know which employee to send for what training. As a result each employee send for further education will be sent to receive education in their preferred skill field meaning absolutely no funds will be wasted or misused during the skills development process.

Whole brain thinking is important in companies that wish to function at optimum efficiency. Utilizing each individual’s strong points to drive a project means there will be no weak areas that need attention.

Considering this, it is crucial to have one of each “pieces” of the brain working together as a team. This will ensure that all the bases are covered, and your company functions as a “whole” instead of functioning in “pieces”. This improves productivity, customer relations and overall company performance.

Personal Development

Your Parenting Profile will give you an insight into your parenting style, including issues that are important to you (but maybe not to your child or partner!). It will also supply you with information on where there might be room for improvement! This is especially effective when a parent lets their child take the Child Profile in order to see the difference between them and their child. The childindicator measures a child’s preference. It is very important that you, as parent, should understand that your thinking preferences and those of your child will determine amongst other things how you make decisions, communicate, educate, form relationships and eventually, how you live your life. Insight and knowledge regarding your brain profile and that of your child will:

  • Give your child the ultimate edge in coping with his/her world.
  • Give you unique insights into your child’s thinking preferences.
  • Understand why one child differs from the other.
  • Enable you to create an ideal environment for your child.
  • Apply whole brain creativity.
  • Know why one child communicates, plays and learns differently from the other.
  • Fill the gaps at an early age.
  • Make you the whole brain parent and mentor you always wanted to be.

Taking the Relationship Profile will give you an insight into your relationship style. This will help you gain an understanding of issues and little things that are important to you, but might not be to your partner. It will also give you insight in the areas where there are room for both you and your partner to improve. Understanding your Relationship Profile will give you the leading edge in developing better relationships, making more dynamic contributions within relationships and making sound and relevant decisions regarding relationships. It will also give you and your partner a better understanding of each other and each other’s’ preferences. Knowing and understanding each other’s, as well as your own Relationship Profile is crucial for any relationship.

Knowing your Eating Habits Profile will provide you with insight into your weight loss style. It addresses food related issues that are important to you and provides you with a better understanding of why you prefer the food groups you do. This is very helpful because you will gain an understanding of how to improve your eating habits. Having your family take the Profile will also give you an insight into their preferences, and give you as parent a better understanding of how to approach your children’s eating habits without creating conflict.

ORGANISATIONAL WELLNESS INSTRUMENT

Identifying the gaps, providing the key to sustaining a happy, productive environment

The Organisational Wellness Instrument provides you with an up to date and easy to read measure of the current ‘state of play’ in your organisation – or any part of it.

It is easy to use, easy to administer, quick to complete and very responsive in reporting results. Unlike conventional ‘organisational climate’ surveys, which are expensive and time-consuming and rarely current, the Organisational Wellness Instrument produces comprehensive reports within minutes of your employees completing the questionnaire on-line.

So for up-to-the -minute reports for your important meetings and to guide decision making – the Organisational Wellness Instrument has no rival!

Why should we measure Organisational Wellness?

If you are about to make decisions which will impact on the future wellbeing of your organisation it is critical that you have a clear understanding of what the organisation is like at the current point in time! Your plans for any organisational change are bound to work more effectively if your starting point is clear. Remember too, that not all departments in your organisation will have the same levels of ‘wellness’, thus it is crucial to measure the level of each individual department in order to implement individual improvement strategies.

How does it work?

A group of individuals gets selected for the survey, so an average can be determined, or for completely accurate results, the entire company can participate. Our highly skilled team of professionals can assist you in selecting the group of people that should participate in the survey, in order for your company to receive the most accurate results possible.

Reports can be compiled for the company as a whole, or they can be split into different categories, including department, division, location and level. The sky is the limit when compiling wellness reports, but it is crucial to store the information in a reliable database, and thus keep track of results.

We can provide you with a database especially designed to capture the info and results of the Wellness Instrument.

When should we complete the Organisational Wellness Instrument?

The Instrument can be taken at any time to determine how your company is “feeling”! It is especially important to take it just prior to adopting any ‘change management’ strategy. And, of course, it is advised to take it again after the process has been completed, in order to gain an understanding of the impact of the change in the workplace.

The Organisational Wellness Instrument can be seen as a company’s health check, and should be updated regularly, in just the same way that a responsible person will ensure a regular, personal health check-up.

Even if the first check-up suggests everything is in good order, it is important to keep monitoring what is happening in your organisation’s body. This is especially advised directly after significant changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, redundancy or any other organisational change.
